Healing happens when you feel safe enough to share your strengths and struggles, intuition and self-doubt. I trust you as expert of your own life, welcoming your stories, feelings, and perceptions—and inviting curiosity about the places in your life where you feel anxious, confused, or stuck. Where others see symptoms, I see adaptations. I trust that current patterns make sense within the full context of your life. Together, we discover who you are, how you coped, what needs healing, and what gifts desire deeper expression.
My Approach
I believe that healing happens in relationship—with yourself and within the therapeutic relationship we build together. Therapy is focused on getting to the root of current struggles. Together, we look beneath the thoughts and patterns to the early experiences that drive them.
Every person is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. You set the goals for therapy, and we co-create a path forward that honors your needs and pacing. Many highly sensitive people appreciate the spaciousness of longer sessions, with some choosing short-term, focused work through healing intensives.

Highly Sensitive People
Sensitive to your environment and emotionally attuned to the people in it, being highly sensitive brings challenges. Overstimulated, many sensitive people learn to shut down, withdraw, or avoid. Others push through, overriding their body’s signals. Therapy focuses on getting to know your internal protective system, cultivating self-compassion, and reconnecting with the wisdom of your sensitive Self.

Trauma Survivors
Whether you experienced a recent traumatic event or carry the weight of past injuries, both IFS and EMDR therapies offer a safe, effective process for healing. The initial focus of trauma work is on preparation — strengthening your ability to be present with distressing emotion and learning practices to use between sessions. Pacing is patient, respecting the need to avoid overwhelm.

Therapy for Therapists
For therapists and helping professionals who give so much to others, you need a place where you can fill your own cup. It can be hard to switch roles and allow yourself to receive care. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, vicarious trauma, or career burnout, you deserve a safe space where you can focus on yourself and your needs. Whatever struggles you bring — health, relationships, clinical challenges, family history — therapy provides a safe space where you can be genuine and vulnerable and receive the care you so greatly deserve.
