IFS clinical consultation for therapists seeking to deepen their understanding and those pursuing IFS certification. learn IFS, deepen their skills, and understand their own internal family system better.
Internal Family Systems therapy provides a lens for understanding people through the lens of parts. IFS clinical consultation provides an opportunity to understand the model, both cognitively and experientially, and to develop clarity about parts and polarizations arising in therapy. Consultation also deepens your ability to notice blended protectors, facilitate unblending, and support the strengthening of Self-to-part relationships.
All therapists have parts that get activated at times. Consultation includes an opportunity to get to know your own internal family system better, so you can be more Self-led in your work. In both individual and small group consultation, discussions focus on self-awareness and compassion, amidst the complexity.
As an IFS Approved Clinical Consultant, your consultation hours can be applied towards certification if you’ve already completed the IFS Institute Level 1 training. Learn more about the IFS Institute Certification Process.
